SB 512 removes the fee schedule for the use of state lands (primarily piers and buoys) and allows for the Division of State Lands to proscribe these fees by regulation after a public process. The collections over and above $65,000 shall be used for enviromental improvement projects in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
