Reduce Water Pollution - Assembly Bill 146

This bill authorizes the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources to develop plans, recommendations, and policies to manage, control, and mitigate water pollution from diffuse sources. It also declares that people have a right to clean water and that it is the policy of this state to mitigate any degradation of Nevada’s waters.
