This bill will require developers to consult with the Nevada Department of Wildlife on significant development proposals or plans and state the impacts to wildlife and their respective habitat. This is a first step towards encouraging developers to avoid impacts to wildlife and habitat and making progress to protect the wildlife and open spaces that make our state so special.
