This bill will close the Classic Vehicle smog loophole, reduce how often newer, cleaner cars need to get smog checked, and create opportunities for targeted incentives to help historically underserved communities make needed repairs or upgrade to newer, cleaner transportation. Closing the classic car loophole means cleaner air and a healthier environment.
