This bill will prohibit nonfunctional turf in the Las Vegas Valley by the end of 2026 and requires the Southern Nevada Water Authority to develop a plan to identify and remove nonfunctional turf . It also requires the Legislative Committee on Public Lands to conduct a study during the 2021-2022 interim concerning water conservation in this State.
