The Nevada Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) has been tasked with preparing annual reports that include a statewide inventory of greenhouse gas emissions as well as projected greenhouse gas emissions. This bill will help ensure DCNR has the resources and information they need to prepare these important reports.
