This bill requires the state to consider the total cost of ownership and emissions reductions when making fleet procurement decisions and establishes a policy goal to transition all publicly owned vehicles to zero emissions by 2050. This will encourage state fleet electrification, reduce emissions and toxic pollution, and save the state money.
