Reducing Styrofoam Pollution - Assembly Bill 244

This bill prohibits the use of Styrofoam in to-go containers from restaurants in Nevada. Styrofoam is non-biodegradable, pollutes water and outdoor spaces, endangers wildlife, and can have negative health impacts.
